Elliott Moya is a law enforcement leader, military veteran, and host of the Maine Responder Podcast. He currently serves as Chief of Police in a small New England agency, where he focuses on Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) development, officer wellness, and real-world leadership.
With over two decades in public safety, Elliott brings experience from the day-to-day realities of the job and the responsibility of leading a small department. He has appeared on podcasts and hosts the Maine Responder Podcast, where he explores leadership, culture, and wellness in public safety.
Through his work and his podcast, Elliott takes a straightforward approach to leadership—what works, what doesn’t, and how to make things better without overcomplicating it.
